Who we are
Mulligan’s Golf is a division of Second Shot Co (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/579814/07), 40 Ranksuikerbos Street, Protea Valley, Cape Town. We are the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Contact us at mulligans@secondshot.company or 060 660 8012.
What we collect
- Your name and your phone number or email address.
- Your delivery details, when you order for delivery.
- What you order, and your payment and invoice records.
- The message you send us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To invoice you, take payment, and deliver or hand over your order.
- To keep business and tax records as the law requires.
- To deal with complaints and mistakes on our side.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the people we need to complete your order: couriers and locker services such as PUDO and The Courier Guy, who need your name, phone number and delivery details, and the service that delivers our enquiry form messages to us. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. We keep enquiries that never become orders only for as long as we need them to reply.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are hosted on this site.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Email mulligans@secondshot.company and we will respond.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. We never ask for card numbers on this site.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top.
