How it works
Ask, pay, play. Here is exactly how an order goes.
Ask
Message us on WhatsApp with the brand, grade and quantity you want. We reply with current prices, specials and stock, then send an invoice.
Pay
Pay the invoice by EFT, in full, before shipping or collection. Send your proof of payment to mulligans@secondshot.company or on WhatsApp. Goods go out once payment clears.
Collect or receive
Collect by appointment, or have your balls delivered locker to locker, door to door and more.
Delivery options
We ship across South Africa with PUDO lockers and The Courier Guy. The cost depends on the size of your order, and we confirm it before you pay.
Locker to locker
Roughly R75 to R150, depending on order size. Collect from your PUDO locker within 36 hours of the SMS you receive. After that the locker returns the parcel.
Door to door
Roughly R125 to R275, depending on order size. Delivered by courier to your address.
Collection
Collect from us in Protea Valley, Cape Town, by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp to book a time.
Other delivery options are available. Bigger orders can qualify for free locker shipping, so ask us. Delivery times are usually 1 to 4 days once your order ships.
All sales are final
Balls are sold as-is, according to their grade. If we made a mistake, we put it right and cover the return shipping. Otherwise we do not pay for returns. Read the full terms of sale and returns note.
